Which standard is your GB ball valve manufactured under?

Our GB floating ball valve is fully produced in line with China’s national GB standard, covering structural size, wall thickness, material requirement and pressure testing regulations. Products made under GB standards fit perfectly for domestic Chinese projects and many Southeast Asian pipeline engineering. Meanwhile, our production also references part of ASME testing rules to satisfy overseas customers’ inspection habits.

What body materials can you provide for GB ball valve?

WCB carbon cast steel is our regular standard material for general water, gas and non-corrosive fluid pipelines. If customers handle corrosive liquid, weak acid or chemical medium, we can switch to SS304 or SS316 stainless steel as alternative body material. Special alloy material is also available on special customized orders.

What size and pressure ratings are available?

We supply sizes ranging from DN15 up to DN1000 to cover small branch pipes and large main industrial pipelines. Common working pressure grades include PN16, PN25, PN40, PN64 and PN100, which can meet low to medium-high pressure working environments in most industrial fields.

Can this standard ball valve work with strong acid?

Our standard version without lining works just for clean water and neutral gas, it cannot handle strong acid or highly corrosive fluids directly. If you need anti-acid performance, we can line the valve chamber and sealing components fully with PTFE for better corrosion resistance.

Can I replace the standard handwheel with electric or pneumatic actuator?

Handwheel comes as original standard configuration for manual operation. Our valve body reserves standard installation interface for actuators, so electric and pneumatic driving devices can be directly fitted according to customers’ automatic control demands without extra structural modification.

Do you accept OEM and ODM customization? How about MOQ?

We support flexible OEM and ODM service, including custom printing brand logo on valve body, changing packing style and adjusting partial technical parameters based on project needs. Our minimum order quantity is not fixed; we negotiate MOQ case by case depending on specific order specifications.

How does your factory control product quality before delivery?

All production links including raw material incoming inspection, precision machining and finished assembly are completed inside our own factory. Every finished valve will go through strict shell pressure test and sealing leakage test one by one, and only qualified goods can be arranged for shipment. We have complete ISO and API certification to back up our quality system.
