We offer custom OEM and ODM solutions to meet different project needs.
Best of all, our MOQ is only 1 piece for gate valves and all other valve types.
We maintain plenty of stock all year round, so we can ship out your order quickly after confirmation. We make both stainless steel and carbon steel gate valves.

A gate valve is mainly for fully opening or fully closing the pipeline.
It can only control on and off, not for adjusting flow.
Simply turn the handwheel clockwise to close the valve, and counterclockwise to open it.
It is better not to keep it half-opened for long, to avoid damage and leakage.
Gate valves are designed only for full open and full shut use.
It’s used to completely cut off fluid flow, not suitable for flow regulation.
Good for high pressure, high temperature and large pipeline systems, with low flow resistance when fully open.
Ball Valve:Quick on-off operation with just a 90-degree turn.
It can not only shut off flow, but also do simple flow control.
More compact, durable and leak-tight, ideal for daily industrial, water and chemical working conditions.
It’s easy to tell the status by the handwheel and stem.
For gate and ball valves, it’s simple to operate.
Twist the handwheel clockwise to close the valve all the way.
Turn it counterclockwise, and it will open fully.
You can also check the valve stem to know its state.
If the stem is sticking out, the valve is open.
If it’s tucked back inside, that means it’s fully closed.
For lever-operated ball valves:
Lever in line with the pipe = open
Lever cross the pipe = closed
There are a few common reasons for gate valve leakage.
First, the sealing surface may get worn or dirty, with sand, dirt or impurities stuck between the seal and valve plate, which will cause poor sealing.
Second, long-term use or high pressure will damage the internal gasket and sealing parts.
Besides, if the valve is not fully closed, or often kept in a half-open state, it will also lead to medium leakage.
Improper installation and uneven pipeline pressure are also common causes.
