WCB carbon steel is budget-friendly. It works well with mildly corrosive liquids and neutral solvents, and fits low-temperature chemical delivery pipes, commonly used for auxiliary pipelines in ordinary chemical plants.
CF8 (304 stainless steel) is our standard anti-corrosion material. It performs steadily when transporting weak acid, weak alkali and daily chemical raw materials, and is frequently adopted for regular chemical wastewater pipelines.

No matter the medium flows forward or reversely inside the pipeline, the valve can keep zero leakage after fully closed. The sealing surface uses anti-corrosion hard-facing treatment, which is wear-resistant and erosion-resistant. As long as it works within rated pressure and temperature range, regular chemical medium will not cause rapid sealing failure, and stable sealing performance can be maintained for long-term continuous production.
What pressure grades and caliber sizes are available? Can non-standard customized sizes be produced?
Our standard gate valves adopt ANSI 150LB and 300LB pressure specifications, sizes cover DN15 to DN600 and fit most routine chemical pipelines directly. We can make valves with special pressure levels and irregular sizes on request. What temperature range can these chemical industry specific gate valves work within normally?
