1. Chemical Heavy-Duty Corrosion-Resistant Ball Valve

Material choice that matters: Forged 316L, duplex 2205, Hastelloy C-276, Monel, or PFA-lined bodies. Resists strong acids, chlorine, brine, and H₂S; ideal for chlor-alkali, pesticide, and fine chemical lines.

Zero emission sealing: Hard-faced + FFKM/PEEK seals, precision lapped to 0.008 mm. Passes ISO 15848-1 fugitive emission; no toxic leakage even after thousands of cycles.

Flexible sizing: DN15–DN1000, PN16–PN320. Fits reactor feeds, transfer lines, and corrosive storage tanks perfectly.


2. Chemical High-Temperature High-Pressure Globe Valve

Extreme condition ready: One-piece forged WC6/WC9 body, upgraded seat and stem for up to 550°C, 25MPa. Handles high-pressure steam, hot oil, and hydrogenation units without deformation.

Precise flow control: Optimized trim for linear/equal percentage flow. Stable regulation even under heavy pressure drops; prevents cavitation and vibration.

Safety certified: Made and tested to API 6D, ASME B16.34, GB/T 19672. Full set of high-temperature, pressure, and explosion-proof reports available.


3. Chemical Anti-corrosion Lined Butterfly Valve

Built with full PTFE and PFA lining all over valve body and disc, it works steadily against high-concentration sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid and various mixed corrosive media under common working pressure.

Its compact structure takes up less installation space, and delivers excellent tight shutoff performance. It runs smoothly even with frequent opening and closing, perfectly matching intermittent chemical production work.

Compared with expensive alloy valves, this type is lighter in weight and much easier to mount and maintain. It is widely used in chemical wastewater treatment, acid-base neutralization and all kinds of low and medium pressure corrosive fluid pipelines.


4. Chemical Emergency Shut-Off Gate Valve (ESD)
