1. Anti-clogging Sewage Butterfly Valve for Municipal Drainage

This anti-clogging sewage butterfly valve is made for urban rainwater and sewage pipe networks. It comes with a full-port streamlined flow channel—no dead corners at all, so impurities won’t pile up. We use ductile iron for the valve plate, paired with EPDM rubber seals, so it holds up well against wear and corrosion. There’s a built-in self-cleaning scraper too, which takes care of blockage problems for good. It’s light, easy to install either horizontally or vertically, works well in municipal drainage networks, and lasts more than 15 years.


2. Corrosion-Resistant Gate Valve for Industrial Wastewater Drainage

We make this corrosion-resistant gate valve specifically for industrial wastewater—like the kind from chemical, printing and dyeing, or food processing plants. It uses FRP or 316L stainless steel for the valve body, strong enough to stand up to corrosive stuff in wastewater (annual corrosion rate less than 0.02mm). The flexible seal keeps it completely leak-free, and the rust-proof valve stem won’t get stuck even after being submerged for a long time. It’s perfect for wastewater treatment plants, runs for 8 years without needing maintenance, and helps businesses cut down on costs.


3. Large-Flow Flood Control Drainage Check Valve

This large-flow check valve is for flood control, river improvement, and releasing water from reservoirs. It has a large-diameter full-port design (flow coefficient ≥0.95), so floodwater can get out fast—helping keep waterlogging damage as low as possible. We added a hydraulic buffer to reduce water hammer damage; no more wear on pipes or valves from sudden surges in water pressure. The valve plate is high-strength cast steel, tough enough to handle floodwater that’s full of sediment rushing past it. There’s also an anti-backflow device to stop floodwater from flowing back and making things worse. It’s used a lot in flood control systems, and it stays working steady even when conditions get really bad.


4. Buried Anti-Corrosion Ball Valve for Drainage Pipe Network

Developed for long-term buried pipe networks, it has a fully enclosed anti-corrosion structure (epoxy coal tar coating + cathodic protection) to resist soil and microbial corrosion. Equipped with an underground operation well for maintenance without digging, it adapts to pipe network pressure fluctuations and is suitable for urban buried drainage and irrigation networks.
