Used for blast furnace coal powder transportation and hot air pipelines. We use ZG40Cr25Ni20 heat-resistant alloy for the body, which won’t deform even under 1200℃ high temperature. The valve core is coated with WC carbide (hardness HV 1800), resisting scouring from coal powder and high-temperature flue gas. It runs stably for over 12000 hours without failure, 3 times more durable than ordinary carbon steel valves, saving maintenance trouble.
Aimed at acid-base wastewater (pH=1-13) and corrosive gas in metallurgical waste treatment. The body uses Monel 400 or Hastelloy C-276 alloy, resisting 15-20% hydrochloric acid and 30% sulfuric acid corrosion. The fully sealed structure prevents medium leakage and environmental pollution, and it can run maintenance-free for 5 years.

For sintering, converter and coking flue systems (400-1000℃). The diamond composite plate body resists high temperature and dust, and the hydraulic drive enables remote control, suitable for unattended operation of flue systems, reducing on-site workload.
