Huadu Valve – Dedicated Valves for Shipbuilding Industry
The shipbuilding industry works in harsh marine environments with high salt spray and humidity, covering seawater cooling, fuel transport, ballast water regulation and bilge drainage. Ordinary industrial valves fail easily here—suffering seawater corrosion, vibration loosening and seal leaks—that threaten navigation safety.
Huadu Valve develops dedicated marine valves for ocean-going ships, special vessels and marine engineering. Optimized for marine conditions, they resist salt spray, corrosion and navigation vibration, ensuring stable long-term operation for safe, efficient ship navigation.
Core Product Range
1. Marine Seawater Corrosion Resistant Ball Valve
We made the Marine Seawater Corrosion Resistant Ball Valve for seawater cooling and ballast systems. We use naval brass or duplex stainless steel, and add special anti-corrosion treatment to keep seawater and salt spray from damaging it. The valve core is wear-resistant, so it seals tight and holds up to vibration. It’s widely used in ship seawater pipelines, and meets GB/T 12224 and CB/T 4008 standards.
2. Marine Special Gate Valve for Fuel Oil Transportation
The Marine Special Gate Valve for Fuel Oil Transportation is for moving ship fuel and lubricating oil. It has a cast steel body and wear-resistant seals, so it resists oil and seals tightly—no fuel leaks. It’s built strong to handle vibration and bumps during navigation, easy to maintain, and fits all ship fuel pipelines.
3. Marine Bilge Drainage Butterfly Valve
We designed the Marine Bilge Drainage Butterfly Valve for bilge drainage and sewage discharge. It uses corrosion-resistant stainless steel, so it can stand acidic-alkaline sewage. The large-diameter flow channel doesn’t get clogged easily, drains quickly, and seals tight—stopping seawater from flowing back and protecting the ship’s cabins.
Differentiated Core Strengths
Marine-Grade Anti-Corrosion Upgrade
We don’t use the same simple anti-corrosion as ordinary valves. Instead, we use ship-specific materials—naval brass and duplex stainless steel—plus special coatings. This keeps marine corrosion away, so the valve doesn’t rust, the seals don’t age, and it lasts much longer.
Anti-Vibration and Anti-Loosening Design
We optimized the valve for the vibration and bumps ships face when navigating. We use anti-loosening bolts and wear-resistant seals, so it doesn’t loosen, leak, or get stuck. This keeps it running stably for a long time.
Special Adaptation for Marine Media
We don’t just modify regular industrial valves. Instead, we customize the materials and structure for marine media—seawater, fuel, bilge sewage—to make sure it fits perfectly with how ships actually work.
Strictly Compliant with Ship Industry Standards
All our products meet GB/T 12224, CB/T 4008, and ISO 15848 standards, and have CCS, LR, DNV certifications. We provide complete documents, so your ship can pass inspection smoothly.
Impact Resistance and Easy Maintenance
The valve is built strong, so it can handle the impact from navigation without getting damaged. It has a modular design, so on-site maintenance is easy—saving downtime and labor costs.
Customized Service for Marine Scenarios
We offer non-standard customization based on your ship type and the sea area you sail in. We supply directly from the factory, and send technical staff to provide on-site support—making sure the valve fits your ship’s system perfectly.
We serve the whole shipbuilding industry. For marine valves, the key things are: resisting corrosion, handling vibration, sealing tight, and meeting classification standards.
Our valves run steadily in ship power, cooling, ballast, and bilge systems. They avoid valve failures and keep navigation safe.
For marine valves, what matters most is reliability, corrosion resistance, vibration resistance, and easy maintenance—so crew members save time and effort.
Huadu’s marine valves are durable and rarely break down. They’re used all over the world, helping shipping companies cut costs and keep navigation safe.
