Stainless Steel 316L Flanged Globe valve adapts to a wide range of corrosive and conventional industrial fluids: purified water, saturated high-temperature steam, fuel oil, industrial gas, seawater, salt brine, weak acid liquid, alkaline solution and chemical mixed medium. Its corrosion-resistant body avoids chemical reaction with most mild corrosive fluids. It is not suggested for highly concentrated strong oxidizing acid; we can customize special polishing and exclusive sealing parts if you handle such extreme medium.

Can this valve cut off fluid fully and adjust flow at the same time?

Yes, it has dual functions of complete shut-off and precise flow throttling. Different from ball valves that only suit full open/close status, the internal curved passage of globe valve allows you to control opening height freely. You can stably adjust pipeline flow volume and medium pressure without sharp flow surges. It fits both pipeline maintenance full closure and production process real-time flow regulation.

How long is your factory warranty period?

We offer a 12-month official factory warranty calculated from the shipment date. Within the warranty period, if valves appear quality defects caused by production, such as casting pinholes, body leakage, sealing failure or unsmooth valve stem operation without man-made damage, we supply free spare parts replacement or whole new valve exchange. Our technical team provides online troubleshooting guidance at any time.

How long is your lead time?

We can send off regular stock valves in 3 to 7 working days for any rush job.

Custom-made valves and large orders take around 30 to 40 working days to produce. We’ll sort out a fixed delivery timeline with you first, based on how many valves you need and our factory’s production plan.
