Huadu Valve Group is based in Wenzhou, China, supplying reliable industrial valves of great quality. Our star product, the Carbon Steel National Standard Globe Valve, adopts high-quality WCB carbon steel material, boasting solid overall structure and stable high-temperature performance. Different from ball valves and gate valves focused on simple on-off control, this GB standard globe valve features a professional throttling design. It can accurately adjust pipeline flow and pressure while realizing tight pipeline cut-off, with excellent anti-backflow performance. It is widely applied in petrochemical, thermal power, central heating and industrial water treatment pipelines that need frequent flow regulation.
We are a professional valve maker holding ISO, CE and API certifications. We adopt strict standardized production and complete quality inspection processes to guarantee all valves comply with national standard requirements. We can customize valves as per your requests for OEM and ODM. We accept small trial orders as well as large orders for construction projects without strict quantity limits. Our national standard carbon steel globe valves are exported to many countries, and industrial clients always speak highly of them.
What materials are used to produce Carbon Steel National Standard Globe Valves?
The valve body is cast from WCB carbon steel. It has strong structural strength and can work reliably under high-temperature pipeline conditions. The valve disc and valve stem are made of stainless steel to prevent rusting. The sealing contact surface is welded with Stellite alloy; this hard overlay resists wear, high temperature scouring and minor erosion from flowing media. Gaskets and packing adopt graphite composite materials to maintain tight sealing under heat.
What standard pressure classes do these national standard globe valves support?
All our valves comply with GB standards, and our usual pressure grades are PN16, PN25, PN40 and PN64. PN16 and PN25 suit regular heating and water pipes. PN40 and PN64 are made for high-pressure steam and oil pipelines used in power and chemical factories. If your working conditions need special pressure levels, we can also custom make them for you.
What kinds of process media can these carbon steel globe valves handle safely?
They are ideal for high-temperature saturated steam, thermal conduction oil, compressed air, boiler feed water and neutral industrial liquid. They perform stably under high heat environments where soft-sealing valves would fail. They are not recommended for strong acid, strong alkali or high-chloride corrosive fluids without extra lining treatment.
What industrial fields frequently use Carbon Steel National Standard Globe Valves on their pipelines?
They are widely installed in thermal power plants, central heating boiler stations, petrochemical processing workshops, textile heating systems and factory circulating water pipelines. These sites often require frequent adjustment of flow volume and pipeline pressure, which is the core advantage of globe valves.
What key functional differences exist between globe valves and gate valves?
There is an obvious gap in usage. Globe valves are made to control flow and adjust pressure, and their inner structure can stop fluid flowing backward. Even fully open, they still create some resistance to the medium.
Gate valves are just for fully opening or closing pipelines, you can’t use them to adjust flow rates. Once wide open, barely any fluid resistance occurs, yet they can’t prevent reverse flow of liquid or gas.
