Types of gate valves.

Working principle of manual gate valve: Rotate the handwheel. Through the engagement and disengagement of the threads between the handwheel and the valve stem, lift or lower the valve plate connected to the valve stem, thereby achieving the functions of opening and closing.

According to the material of the shell,gate valves can be classified as：

1. Metal material valves: such as carbon steel valves, alloy steel valves, stainless steel valves, cast iron valves, titanium alloy valves, Monel valves, copper alloy valves, lead alloy valves, etc.

2. Metal valve body lined valves: such as rubber-lined valves, fluorine-lined valves, lead-lined valves, plastic-lined valves, enamel-lined valves.

3. Non-metallic material valves: such as ceramic valves, glass valves, and plastic valves.
