This valve adopts common flange connections and an outside screw & yoke structure. Its sealing surface is overlaid with Stellite alloy, which stands up to wear and high temperatures. It cuts off media tightly and allows easy flow regulation with little operating resistance. It performs reliably across steam supply, chemical processing, power station and water treatment pipeline systems.

What pressure grades, sizes and body materials are available for GB globe valves? Can you customize special alloy for corrosive media?

Our GB globe valve series covers complete specifications to match different working conditions. Nominal pressure ranges from PN16, PN25, PN40, PN63 up to PN100; nominal diameter DN15 to DN1200 to meet small branch pipes and main industrial pipeline demands. Connection ends include flanged, threaded, butt-weld BW and socket-weld SW as optional choices. Driving modes cover manual handwheel, gear operation, electric actuator, pneumatic actuator and hydraulic actuator for automatic control systems.

We supply abundant body and trim material options. If you’re handling standard water, steam or fuel oil pipelines, WCB cast carbon steel and A105 forged steel work best for value. We fit them with nitrided 2Cr13 stems, which hold up well against rust and surface scratches. For lines running hotter than 420℃, we offer WC6 and WC9 chrome-moly alloy steel as an upgraded alternative. For corrosive acid, alkali, chloride brine and chemical solvents, we provide CF8/CF8M stainless steel, duplex steel, Hastelloy C276 and Alloy 20 customized casting. The sealing surface can be Stellite hard alloy surfacing for metal hard seal (Class VI zero leakage for high temp & abrasive fluid) or PTFE/RPTFE soft seal for normal temperature corrosive pipelines, we will recommend the most suitable sealing type after confirming your medium, temperature and pressure parameters.

Our sales and technical team joins all core national pump & valve industry exhibitions every year, covering eastern, southern and Fujian industrial cluster cities, and you can book an offline meeting with us in advance to view physical GB globe valve samples, check processing craft and discuss project parameters face to face.

1.Shanghai: We take part in Flowtech China Shanghai International Pump Valve Expo and Valve World Asia Expo held every June at Shanghai New International Expo Center and National Exhibition & Convention Center. This is the most international valve exhibition in China, gathering global purchasing agents from petrochemical, power and water treatment industries, and we display full-size GB globe valve samples with different materials and actuators each session.

2.Guangzhou: We regularly take part in pump & valve shows hosted twice a year in March and June, held at Canton Fair Complex and Poly World Trade Expo Center. Most visitors here are buyers from Southeast Asia, the Middle East and South Asia — markets we ship tons of valves to every year, so it’s a great spot to meet existing and new partners face to face.

3. Nan’an & Quanzhou, Fujian: Each February, our sales team heads to the China (Nan’an) Plumbing Pump & Valve Fair at Fujian Success Convention Center. This local industry gathering lets us connect with lots of regional traders and overseas importers who source small and medium industrial valves. Nan’an and Quanzhou are famous domestic plumbing and valve industrial clusters, this exhibition focuses on medium and small-sized industrial valves, we bring standard stock GB globe valve models for spot order negotiation.

What’s your production lead time? Do you support small trial orders and OEM/ODM customized marking?

We have finished semi-finished stock for common small-size GB globe valves DN15-DN100 with WCB material and manual operation, delivery time only takes 3-7 working days after deposit confirmation. Medium and large size DN150-DN600 conventional orders need 25-45 working days production cycle. For special alloy material, PN100/PN160 high pressure types or full sets with electric/pneumatic actuators, the production period is 45-60 working days. If you have urgent project schedules, we can arrange priority production line to shorten delivery time after communication.

We offer OEM and ODM customization, and we don’t force huge order quantities for first trial orders. We can engrave your brand logo, project codes, fluid type and pressure specs straight onto the valve body and name tag. Quick note: if you want to put your registered trademark on the valves, send over your trademark authorization document ahead of shipment. This prevents any IP-related hold-ups when the goods clear customs.

How long is the warranty on your GB globe valves? And what kind of technical help can you provide for overseas projects?

Our unified warranty term is 12 months counting from shipment date or 18 months after equipment commissioning, whichever comes earlier. If any quality failure caused by our manufacturing defect appears within the warranty period, we supply free replacement spare parts or whole new valve without any extra charge, and bear all delivery cost of replacement accessories. Our professional technical team provides 24-hour online remote guidance via WhatsApp, email or video call, helping you solve installation, debugging and daily maintenance problems at any time. For large batch engineering orders, we can arrange technical engineers to go to your site for on-site guidance after negotiating service schedule. Long-term cooperative clients can get preferential spare parts supply price even after the warranty expires.
