What body and trim materials can you offer for corrosive, sour gas or high temperature service?

We customize materials fully based on your medium, temperature and pressure parameters:

Regular steam, water and fuel oil: A216 WCB carbon steel, A105 forged steel body, nitrided 2Cr13 stem;

High temperature over 420℃: WC6, WC9 chrome-moly alloy steel;

Corrosive acid, alkali or brine: CF8, CF8M stainless steel, duplex steel, Hastelloy C276 trim;

Sour gas / oil & gas pipeline: NACE MR0175 compliant alloy with controlled hardness trim to avoid sulfide stress cracking.

All sealing surfaces are Stellite hard alloy overlay, achieving Class VI zero leakage for long-term heavy load use.

What connection ends and actuator options are available on high pressure globe valves?

We supply multiple connection types to match different overseas pipeline standards: flanged, butt-weld BW, socket-weld SW and threaded ends. We can adjust flange hole drilling to ASME B16.5 or HG20592 GB standard as clients’ request.

For operation modes, we offer manual handwheel, gear wheel, electric actuator and pneumatic actuator. Automated actuated high pressure globe valves support remote flow throttling and emergency shutoff, widely adopted in automatic chemical and power control systems.

Do you support OEM & ODM customization? Is small trial order acceptable for high pressure globe valves?

We support flexible OEM and ODM customization, and we don’t set strict big-order requirements for new customers. Standard WCB high-pressure globe valves are available for small trial orders, even just 1 to 5 units. For special alloy materials or ultra-high pressure customized models, we can also make a single piece for your sample testing.

Just a helpful note: If you want to print your registered brand trademark on the valves, kindly provide your trademark authorization file in advance. This can effectively avoid any IP-related inspection or clearance issues at your destination customs.

How long is your production lead time for standard and custom high pressure globe valves?

Standard DN15-DN100 WCB manual high pressure globe valves have semi-finished stocks, delivery only takes 3–7 working days after deposit.

Medium and large size DN150-DN600 conventional orders need 25-40 working days production cycle.

Custom WC6/WC9 alloy, Class 1500 ultra-high pressure or fully automated actuated valves require 40-60 working days. We can arrange priority production lines for urgent engineering projects to shorten lead time properly.

How to maintain high pressure globe valves to extend service life?

Basic routine care helps cut down valve breakdowns a lot, especially for units running under tough high pressure:

1. Examine the Stellite sealing trim every three to six months to spot any wear or damage early;

2. Grease the valve stem and gear parts on a regular basis so the valve won’t stick or turn sluggishly.

3. Do not keep the valve working at an extremely small opening for a long time, as this will cause serious erosion and cavitation on internal parts;

4. Clean up pipeline dirt and debris before installation, so hard particles won’t scratch the valve’s sealing surface.
