WCB Floating Ball Valve

We use standard A216 WCB carbon steel for the whole valve body. This material is tough, solid and able to stand high pressure, so the valve runs steadily under medium and high pressure working conditions. The ball and seals are made from tough materials to resist wear and corrosion. Thanks to fine workmanship and good sealing design, the valve won’t leak at all while in use, keeping your pipelines running safely.

This floating ball valve fits a broad range of working conditions. It covers pressure classes from 150 to 1500, and works within temperature from -29°C to 425°C. It handles common media like water, oil, gas and steam without issues. We offer flange, thread and weld end connections to suit most field installation and pipe layout needs.

We can fit the valve with handwheel, gear, pneumatic or electric actuators to match different operation demands. The floating ball structure moves freely with low operating torque, and opens and closes consistently.
