Huadu Valve Group is located in Wenzhou, China, supplying heavy-duty industrial valves trusted by chemical plant buyers worldwide. Our top-selling Corrosion Resistant Globe Valve is built with anti-corrosion alloys including CF8, CF8M and Hastelloy, offering outstanding resistance to acid, alkali and salty media for long service life. Designed with flange connections and an outside rising stem layout, it uses solid alloy sealing trim to block corrosive fluid tightly, with smooth flow adjustment and minimal operating resistance. This valve fits chemical processing, wastewater treatment and brine pipeline projects perfectly.
We are an experienced valve manufacturer holding ISO, CE and API full qualifications. Our factory runs complete CNC machining equipment and strict step-by-step quality testing procedures. We welcome OEM and ODM custom orders with flexible small batch support for new importers. Our anti-corrosion globe valves ship to dozens of global markets and earn consistent positive feedback from industrial clients.

What chemical industries are corrosion resistant globe valves widely used in?
These anti-corrosion stop valves are a core choice for all projects handling aggressive media. They perform steadily in chemical processing plants, wastewater treatment stations, desalination brine pipelines, electroplating workshops and pharmaceutical production lines. Many clients also install them on underground corrosive sewage pipes and marine chemical delivery systems.
Unlike ordinary carbon steel valves that rust quickly with acid or salt water, our corrosion resistant models cut down frequent replacement costs significantly.
Can you do OEM and ODM customization on corrosion resistant globe valves? Do you accept small trial orders?
We provide flexible OEM and ODM customization with no strict large batch demands for new customers.
Standard CF8 / CF8M corrosion resistant globe valves support small trial orders from 1–5 pieces. We’re able to make just one custom Hastelloy or lined valve for you to test in your lab first.
One quick heads-up: If you’d like your registered brand logo marked on the valve body and tag, send over your trademark approval paperwork ahead of production. This prevents IP hold-ups when clearing customs at your destination country.
What pre-shipment tests do you run on every corrosion resistant globe valve?
Every finished valve goes through full testing following GB/T13927 and API 598 rules before delivery, no unqualified items leave our factory.
Tests include 1.5 times nominal pressure shell hydrostatic test, back seal test for rising stem safety, and low-pressure air tightness check to eliminate tiny hidden leaks. We also run random spectral material analysis to confirm anti-corrosion alloy composition matches your order.
How do your anti-corrosion globe valves outperform ordinary carbon steel stop valves on chemical lines?
Regular WCB carbon steel valves will rust, pit and leak rapidly when exposed to acid, brine or chemical solvents, requiring frequent replacement. Our corrosion resistant globe valves use stainless steel, duplex steel or Hastelloy alloy for the entire flow channel, so corrosive media won’t erode the valve body or internal components.
We overlay all sealing areas with corrosion-resistant hard alloy. Even with long-term contact with chloride, weak alkali and chemical wastewater, the tight shutoff performance stays stable. For ultra-strong corrosive working conditions, we also offer fully PTFE-lined internal structures to completely isolate the metal from aggressive fluid, greatly cutting your later maintenance and replacement costs.
How to pick the right material grade for my specific corrosive medium?
It all depends on your liquid type, concentration and working temperature, we’ll give free material matching suggestions once you share your working condition details.
- Tap water, low-concentration weak acid/alkali: CF8 stainless steel, cost-effective for general anti-corrosion needs
