Huadu Valve Group operates out of Wenzhou, China, providing durable industrial valves suited for a wide range of pipeline projects. Our hard seal globe valve is always a top seller among clients.
We provide two widely chosen body materials: tough WCB carbon steel, plus rust-resistant 304 and 316 stainless steel. All internal valve parts are treated with stellite surfacing, which lets the valve resist abrasion and hold steady performance under extreme high temperature and pressure.
It comes with flanged connections and features metal-to-metal sealing construction. It cuts off fluid flow completely with zero leakages and allows you to accurately adjust the flow rate inside pipelines. WCB versions work great for steam and general industrial media, while stainless steel models stand up to corrosive fluids. This valve fits perfectly for petrochemical, power plant, metallurgy and industrial water treatment projects.
We are a professional valve manufacturer with complete ISO ,CE and API certifications. We run full sets of advanced CNC machining equipment and strict full-process quality inspection systems to guarantee consistent product performance for all material grades. Custom OEM and ODM services are available with flexible MOQ to meet different project demands. Our durable hard seal globe valves ship to markets worldwide and gain consistent positive feedback from global partners.

What is the core difference between a hard seal globe valve and a soft seal globe valve?
Unlike soft seal globe valves that rely on PTFE, rubber or plastic sealing components, our hard seal globe valves adopt professional metal-to-metal hard sealing, with stellite alloy hardfaced on the valve disc and seat. Soft seal models are limited to room temperature, low pressure and clean media. In comparison, the metal hard seal structure boasts outstanding high-temperature resistance, high-pressure tolerance, wear resistance and anti-erosion performance. It will not burn, deform or leak in harsh environments such as high-temperature saturated steam, high-pressure industrial gas and particle-containing abrasive media, sustaining reliable tight shut-off for long-term heavy-duty industrial operation.
What body materials can I choose for this product, and which one fits my pipeline?
We supply two widely used valve body materials to match different industrial working conditions: WCB carbon steel, as well as 304 and 316L stainless steel.
WCB carbon steel boasts solid structure and great pressure bearing capacity at a competitive price. It works well with non-corrosive media such as industrial steam, circulating water, compressed air and regular industrial oil, and is commonly used in power stations, heating pipelines and general factory piping systems.
If your pipeline carries acidic, alkaline or oxidizing fluids, pick 304 or 316L stainless steel. These grades resist rust and chemical erosion very well, making them a great fit for chemical plants, pharmaceutical lines, wastewater treatment and offshore working environments.
No matter which body material you choose, all internal sealing parts come with stellite hardfacing overlay. All valves get the same stellite overlay treatment, so every unit offers solid wear resistance and consistent sealing results.
Do metal hard seal globe valves seal without any leaks?
Most ordinary metal hard seal valves struggle with micro-leakage due to rough machining and poor fitting accuracy. However, our products adopt optimized stellite hardfacing technology and ultra-precise manual lapping process, fully meeting API tight shut-off standards. Different from elastic sealing of soft seal valves, our metal sealing relies on high-precision physical fitting. We machine every component with precise CNC equipment and grind the sealing surfaces multiple times manually. This lets the valve disc and seat fit tightly together without gaps. The valve holds zero leakage under standard operating temperature and pressure, and the seal stays reliable even after thousands of open-close operations.
What are the applicable working conditions and usage limitations of hard seal globe valves?
This hard seal globe valve series is specially developed for high-temperature, high-pressure, abrasive and harsh industrial working conditions. It adapts to various complex media such as high-temperature superheated steam, crude oil, natural gas, chemical corrosive solution, fine particle slurry and mixed industrial gas. It is widely used in petrochemical, thermal power generation, metallurgy, mining, industrial water treatment and new energy projects.
Why do hard seal globe valves have a longer service life than ordinary industrial valves?
The long service life is guaranteed by dual advantages of material and manufacturing technology. Firstly, the valve body adopts integral casting process with compact internal structure, no sand holes or porosity, and strong overall pressure-bearing and anti-deformation capacity. Secondly, the core sealing parts are overlaid with high-hardness stellite alloy, whose wear resistance and high-temperature stability are far better than ordinary stainless steel sealing surfaces. Meanwhile, the unique flow passage structure of the globe valve avoids direct medium impact on the sealing surface, reducing abrasion effectively.
Are hard seal globe valves complicated to install and maintain?
Absolutely not. All our hard seal globe valves adopt standard flange connection, complying with universal API, CE and ISO international standards, which is compatible with most global industrial pipeline systems and supports direct on-site replacement and rapid installation. The integral modular structure is simple and reasonable, with detachable valve stem, disc and seat for convenient partial replacement. Daily maintenance is extremely simple: only regular removal of pipeline impurities and appropriate stem lubrication are required, effectively saving time and after-sales cost.
